We provide the venue, you choose the special details to make your special event one of a kind. We designed our space with the caterer in mind. There is a prep station, a commercial dishwasher and a special room with refrigeration for beverages or other needs.

We have crafted serving tables and a rolling beverage cart from antique doors and reclaimed heart of pine boards for your convenience. And at no additional cost, we offer a 5-foot round glass-top table for the wedding cakes or other desserts. A DJ and dancing area can also easily be accommodated. 

Our facility will accommodate 120 guests for a seated dinner, and 170 guests for a standing reception with heavy hors d'oevuvres. We allow only one event on Friday and Saturday so you're free from feeling rushed.

Prices below include a final cleaning of facility after all decorations and rentals have been removed.

Monday - Thursday - Groups of 50 or less. Up to 4 hours. $250 (cleaning fee additional)

Friday - Large events or receptions only. 9a-1030p. $750

Saturday - Large events or receptions only. 9a-1030p. $1000

Sunday afternoons - Call for pricing and availability.

 

Churches and non-profits will receive a discount.
